Location is excellent, very convenient for both business trips and casual city tour. The restaurants at the ground floor is great for all three meals a day. Room is clean, staff helped clean my room everyday and all of them were friendly and polite. Reception was fabulous too, and delayed my checkout time to 1pm as they heard that I've got a meeting until 12pm.

The hotel is new which was why I selected this place. However the staff are lacking in warmth, probably due to the economic situation. The location is not exactly near the MRT or Jing An Temple as one would be walking about 800m to 1.3km in order to reach. During the check-in, the room is always not ready, even at 4pm but the reception staff tried to get another room. Facilities and amenities are new and working. But cleanliness can be definitely be improved. Another hotel in Shanghai that I have stayed previously, the staff are more friendly and warm.
